URGENT CARE SERVICES

You can access our URGENT CARE CLINIC either at THE CEDARS CLINIC AT MILK CREEK IN COLTON, OREGON or VIRTUALLY. Our Facetime Urgent Care visit is just like an urgent care office visit, except that you will connect with us from the convenience of your own home or any private area where you have an internet or wireless connection. All of our Facetime visits use live, secure, video technology that allows you to directly see and speak with our Medical Provider, Donald Ives, FNP through the convenience of your smartphone, tablet or computer. Our Facetime visits are never recorded and use encrypted software to ensure your meeting is private and secure.

Our Facetime visits use HIPAA compliant Zoom to connect you to our office. If you are visiting us through your tablet or smartphone, you can download the Zoom app in the Google Play, or Apple app store before your visit.

Once you’ve scheduled your visit, we will provide you with instructions on how to connect to our office. It is important that you follow the instructions to join your virtual waiting room. Also, it is important to make sure you have a reliable internet connection for your visit. If there is a problem with the internet connection, we may still be able to assist you with a telephone visit.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A URGENT CARE VISIT?

THERE IS NO UP-FRONT COST. Just like our in-person clinic visits, we will bill your insurance. NO INSURANCE? No worries. The typical online visit costs $75. But we can discount or even waive the cost of your visit, depending on your income. It is important that you schedule by phone at (503) 754-3815 and let us know that you need a discounted or free visit.
