No, but you may need to provide evidence of treatment. If you use a CPAP machine, you can print out a compliance report that demonstrates that you use the machine 70% of nights for at least 4 hours. There is currently NO MANDATE for Sleep Apnea testing of DOT Physical applicants, although it may be considered by your examiner.
