Don successfully treats Lateral Epicondylitis, or “Tennis Elbow” with cortisone injections. Come see us if you are not getting better on your own. Typical cost is under $100 including the injection!
Symptoms of Lateral Epicondylitis may include:
- Pain or burning on the outer part of your elbow
- Weak grip strength
- The symptoms are often worsened with forearm activity, such as holding a racquet, turning a wrench, or shaking hands.
There are four stages of progression:
1. Faint pain a couple of hours after the provoking activity.
2. Pain at the end of or immediately after the provoking activity.
3. Pain during the provoking activity, which intensifies after ceasing that activity.
4. Constant pain, which prohibits any activity.
